    1.1 Overview of the BMS Battery Management System Testing Platform

    The BMS Battery Management System Testing Platform adopts a modular design, consisting of a high-precision virtual battery system, temperature simulation unit, charge and discharge current simulation unit, high-voltage power supply, IO detection unit, insulation detection unit, BMS signal and switch quantity detection unit, CAN communication unit, and software control system. It can test lithium battery management systems with up to 64 series and generate data reports. The device supports expansion and upgrades, making it convenient and quick; after upgrading, it can support testing of up to 428 series BMS.
